I got my letter today from Samantha. P***nix po, but SC phone #. It's some kind of scam.

They invited us to 13355 Noel Road suite 1850 to a presentation by All Inclusive Excursions (AEI), which we attended on 8-26-09. In the presentation AEI stated their parent company is Sealand Travel Club. They try to get $8,995 to join to receive discounted travel. They offer a round trip ticket issued by Premier Choice Rewards. Sear****g the net I find that Sealand Travel is owned by Bill Bailey who has operated under Bon Voyage / SeaLand Travel Club / Castaways / P***nix Vacations / Beachcombers. Bailey has numerous complaints. Also, Premier has number complaints and has operated under Infinity Incentive Group with the same P.O. Box 3479 in Lake Havasu City, AZ 866-667-2878.The airline tickets offered are not free and require $100 registration as well as taxes, service fee etc.They require that you show up with a credit card and you must purchase the package on the spot. I have not called the number or responded,but I just returned from a trip that included P***nix, so I was trying to figure who I gave my name and address to.  Now I know it is just a coincidence.  Thanks for posting your comments.

Same scam company, different names as the one posted in the link above.  Same letterhead,Erickson ***e M.O. and everything.

Got mine today !If they dont have money for professional envelopes,then I know they cant network all the different area codes to one location. We should all call Ms *** at 2:00 pm on Monday the 5th. and if we all talk to her at the same time! (There`s your sign)

i also got the letter today dated 9/28/09. Here's what it says:"Dear (my name),I am pleased to inform you that you are qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets. Congratulations. These tickets are valid for travel anywhere in the continental US.  The retail value of this award is up to $1,400.00. Certain restrictions apply.We have attempted contacting you several times without success.  This is our last attempt.If you choose to decline the award, please contact us as soon as possible so we may issue the ticket vouchers to the alternate.Please call me today at (214) 414-3569.Sincerely,Samantha ***Vice PresidentTravel Awards Division"This to me is definitely bait for so****ing else.  By being 'qualified' i gather there's another step to take before receiving any tickets. Interesting how they want you to call whether you want to take the bait or not. Regardless, I'll not be calling to find out.

Received my letter in today's mail dated 9/28/09.   Same speil; several attempts to contact me, respond by Oct. 7.  The letter was postmarked Pheonix, AZ, but the number listed is local for me: 843-303-9817 (SC).  Think I'll have to pass this one up!!

I received this letter too dated 9-28-09. Said they tried several times to reach me and this is their last attempt.  No messages on my voice mail.  I'm a little concerned because although the letter looks pretty legit the envelope was hand written with my name and address, envelope was taped closed and no return address.  You would think a large company would have their own envelopes.  Glad I read your responses.  I'm with the group that says "if it sounds too good to be real then it's not real".  No Thanks!

i just received the same letter. i tried googling their site. it will not even let me in. the letter has the same speil (as above)about trying to contact me with no success. I don't see how since i no longer reside at that address and have RECENTLY c****ed my cell.(my only #). the letter is dated monday sep 28, 2009. my guess is timeshare, but...ya never know. Don't know how i have qualified for anything after the year i have had. lost two houses. joke would be on them! Buyer beware!

Was scammed out of over $4000 dolars on a similar deal from another "travel" company. My advise is if it is too good of a deal then it is a scam. I would not even waste my time calling them (I too recieved a letter). BE WARNED!!!!

OK, I'm thinking this might be some kind of debt collector - either way I'm not buying it.  We all got the same letter within the last week or so. Too fishy - don't do it.

received same letter; called; "Samantha ***" out of office "for a moment" got a lot of double talk from "Cherie;" I'm sending info to local TV station consumer fraud investigators

My husband received the letter today. There is no info on the internet. No testimonial(which are **** anyway). Your at their meeting and they are robbing your house..... Has to be a scam of some sort.  I won't be calling,,,, Remember, if it sounds too good to be true... THEN IT PROBABLY IS.

It's got to be a fly by night timeshare or so****ing.  I got a letter today dated 9/21/09 from a company called "Erickson ***e".  Thier website is www.erickson***e.com and it looks like it took them 5 minutes to put it toegther.  They registered the URL on 9/14/09 through GO Daddy.  There are zero hits in any search engines for "Erickson ***e" and there are zero entries in the Better Business Bureau.  It says they have tried to contact me serveral times and this is their last attempt.  Pretty good for only having the website for week before they sent the letter which was mailed from P***nix.

If you received the same letter as I did, read the first line " you have qualified "  It doesn't mean you have won but you qualified!! You will probably have to purchase or maybe listen to some pitch to buy some condo in Florida or so****ing to that nature. If you had actually won you would be getting a certified letter. Take a look at the web site listed at the bottom of the letter and make your own judgements. Good luc****  If anyone has gone to get the tickets let us know whats up.

We got the letter - I've not called ... Newark DE is really pretty close.  What's the catch?  Has anyone gone to pick up the tickets to see what they want?I recieved it in the mail today 9/26  and they are giving me until TUESDAY to respond.I'm sure this is some kind of marketing... perhaps TIMESHARES or Property sales or so****ing.  Someone put me on a list and I get a few calls a week asking if I still want to SELL my TIMESHARE.

Thats cool.  Maybe ill have my mom call in and see if it fitsher schedule.  She will probably want me to go with her.Maybe i can talk her into giving me one of the tickets lol.

Your not the only one.  My wife received one.  She called it andwe will be going to Newark, DE next week to pick up our gift.  2 free tickets will be useful since we both travel.

My mother received a letter with the contact number listed above.She isnt too internet savy, so i figured i would check out ifanyone knows anything about them.  It offered her 2 free airlinetickets.  If no one knows anything, ill probably give them a call.If so, ill let others know.
