i have received 4 calls regarding a deceased individual, unrelated to me, at a private number (not made public)  ..the first time i told them i had no relationship with the individual and subsequently have received 3 additional calls..the caller identified himself as aaronjackson of phillips and co.

I have received six calls from this number. They were inquiring information about my deceased step-mother. I told I haven't spoke to her in fifteen years and knew no information. They said they would take my name off the list and yet they continue to call. When I question the reasoning of the call they are extremely ***ue with there answers...Definitely a shady corporation. Beware.

It is Phillip and Cohen.   They have to do with collections, bankrupcty and collecting/opening probate.   Have no clue how they knew my mom passed.   She has no debt.

Same A**hole called me and wanted to know who was handling  my brother in laws estate.  He kept pressing me for names of my attorney, wife, and person handling the estate.  I asked him how he got my number and he said from my attorney.. LIAR.  I then asked him what my attorneys name was and he couldn't answer.  Someone should shut this person/company down!

I have been receiving calls from this number recently.  My step***her died, and this a**hole is calling me on my cell and at work.  The man was my STEP***HER!!!  I just keep telling the **** that I don't know who he's talking about, and have asked him repeatedly to quit calling.  Little does he know, I work for an attorney, and if he keeps calling, I will certainly pursue it.

W***ver is calling from this number called my sister and brother looking for me. Said they wanted to know if they were handling my ex-husbands affairs( been divorced from him since 1993). The number came up on my phone, I didn't answer it but did try to call it back. It says "all circurts are busy"'

I just got a call and voice mail at 9pm last night while I was out, and they were asking about my mother's estate (who was handling, etc.). Except that my mother is in a nursing home and definitely alive. They said they were expressing condolences for my loss. What creeps!

THIS B***H NAMED AMBER LAHR OR W***VER THE FK SHE IS CALLS ME WHILE IM AT WORK! I HAD A LATE NIGHT MEETING! I DIDN'T ANSWER BUT WHEN I RECEIVED MY VOICE MESSAGES IT SHOOK ME UP THAT SHE'D BE CALLING ME AT 8:30 AT NIGHT!!! THE NERVE!  AND I SPOKE TO THE B***H BEFORE AND SHE WAS ALL SYMPATHETIC AND LET IT GO! WHO IS THIS BEYOTCH! AND WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS? I HAVE TO CONTACT MY PREPAIDLEGAL LAWYER TOMORROW. THIS WOMAN IS CRAZY!!!!

Dude called asking about estate of deceased sister-in-law. Told him the person was not here. Asked when she died. I told him. Said he would call back.

Was trying to locate pesons for the arraigements for the deceased James Weaver.

They called to find out who was handling my mother's estate, and I made the mistake of giving them my brother's phone number, and he says the man that called was very nasty.

They have called my house 3 times regarding the Estate of Naomi Black.Who?

Looking online, it appears the calls are coming from Phillips and Cohen.Please see http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-302-355-3500 My guess is that the caller id is truncating the name as often happens when the calls are being made across outbound T1 lines.

The number 302 533 2702 cannot be reached. Is there so****ing illegal that Phillips & Company are engaged in?

I want an explanation on the reason for the call

I got a call from this number 5-12-2009 about someone who died and wanted to know if I was handling the estate.  The caller identified himself as Jason Roads.  W***ver died, i did not know.

They just called me asking about an estate for my grand***her.
