COMCAST CABLE1-302-668-1000. Do not know what they wanted because I could not understand them. So****ing about owing money which I do not owe. Called 5 times in 4 hours.

I don't know if this is really Comcast b/c I do have an account with them, but they called me today asking if I wanted to make a payment over the phone for my account before late fees were applied.  Long story short, I knew my account was 100% up to date so I called 1-800-Comcast and she said they have no record of anyone calling me today and that no late fees were not about to be applied because my bill wasn't due until the 25th.Bottom line, I think this is a scam. I could be wrong, but better safe than sorry.

I put in an online order to cancel services on may 1, but they cancelled them that same day! I wasted an hour of my cell phone time to get what I wanted. Since they had to reset up the internet, I told them forget it, I'm cancelling everything right away and I'm not reconnecting service. I ignored the call and I'm glad I did.
