Robocall stating your name then gives you another number to call along with a case number. It stated that a case was on their desk & if you don't pay the debt (that I don't have & NEVER heard of) you'll be served & summoned to court. When you ask for info, they claim that they can't provide you with any. They always call around Christmas, tax season & now stimulus payment. SCAM, PLEASE BEWARE!!!!
Automated Caller from this number, says the corect name of the person the number belongs to. The automated voice then claims that a case is on their desk for the person that they called or a warrant is being issued ....these calls happen normally around tax season. They use this scare tactic to get people to pay for bills for several years ago that he or she never had. They buy or hack names, cell numbers, addresses (home or email), social security numbers, etc for these scams. This needs to stop!
