Since I was not familiar with this number I just ignored it. Tried calling it back a few minutes later and it was busy.

call came into my mobile at 12:05PM Pacific Time. do not know anyone in the 302, so ran google on phone#. first listed was WHYY TV 625 North Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. sounds more like the usual phisher with a s****ed phone#.

Called on cell phone and I'm listed on the do not call list. No idea how they got my number and obviously not following federal rules. It is either a spamer or a scammer called saying "they could lower credit card rate on "then heard static like phone issues" card press one". I would highly suspect scammer warning as google searchs list this number with an education organization.

Received call from this number at 11:30 MST. After reading comments from other sites, looks they must have done a mass calling, as others were reporting the same time. No message left.

Called on my cell phone which is unusual. I only give my cell # to friends. The caller ***g up when I answered. I called back and got a busy signal.

Call from an unidentified source pushing lower credit card interest rates.

This is the same sort of message I have been getting on my home phone from the robocall credit card outfit--lower your interest, etc. I got this on my cell phone, and I don't know how they got that number. I ***g up on them. I have tried and tried to get the other one (that comes from Minnesota) to take me off their list but they say they will or they **** up on me when I ask to speak to a supervisor. It's the same pitch.
