Man was paid to delivery of two corgi puppies from Colorado Springs Colorado to my home address in Illinois. We paid the lady for the pups and delivery to our home address door.for some reason he calls us and said we had to rent a couple crates at 900.00 a crate.he said we would receive95%. Of our money when the puppies are delivered. Shortly after we had sent the money he calls and said they need Covid ****s.we are refusing to make any more cash payment’s.
