I got a message from this number saying that my credit card is in good standing, and this is their 3rd and last attempt to help me lower my credit card rates. I pressed "one" to talk to customer service, and I told him that I did not own a credit card, that I want to know what is going on. He ***g up on me without a further word.

They say they have a package for you, but don't say who they are, then you are to press 1 for more info. I just ***g up.
