These are gov't tracer calls to capture voice prints and to establish an estimate of how many different voices are in a resisdence as well as times home and personality somatotypes. Best thing you can do is not answer.

Yes, it IS PDC. It's a legitimate Product development company calling around to confirm various deliveries to people's homes (door delivery). It is usually calling about free delivery of telephone books ie. White Pages or Yellow Pages. They calling to confirm the delivery, and also they will try to get you to answer some questionnaire over the phone if you actually answer it. It's a legitimate product development Human resources company, based out of Denver, Colorado. SO don't sweat it guys, and gals. it's legit... and just don't answer it if you don't want to. Although, they will KEEp trying to call you until they actually reach you... so it's actually best to pick it up if your in and say "Yes, I have received the phone book."  that's all you need to say, otherwise they'll forever try to call you just to get that answer. Because every single book costs them money, so it's just quality control via telephone.
