This phone number is only 1 digit different than my own, personal, home number, so I think that it's (the number) is a fake. However, they've been calling me several times a day for weeks now. Offering a "lower interest rate on my credit card. As low as 6.9%". Funny thing is, my interest rate is ALREADY LOWER THAN THAT AND I'M ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST!!!
