This company of Denver CO has flagrantly disregarded both the national and state DNC lists over the last several years. They claim prior expressed interest (which I never have).  When asked for a copy of their company DNC list, the caller became confused, went a way for a few minutes and then****ured me that I'd be added to their company DNC list (e.g. avoiding the federal DNC compliance question).  I asked for a copy of their company DNC policy (required by H.R.395), they said they would send it... we'll see.They've also called in the past from (720) 214-5610, (720) 214-5602 and (720) 214-5603
