oh no. there are people. you just have to call over and over a***n. once you get through, prepare to be on hold for over an hour.

Make that two years, and the phone is still busy.  This number is provided on the paperwork for Colorado UI claimants.  The main number (303-318-9000) for the Unemployment office that is posted all over the website seems to have been c****ed to an automated line with no real people available there.

I have not been able to talk to CO Unemployment in over 6 monthsthe busy signal is a faulure of them to update thier telecom equipmentbut once you get past that theres a failure of thier people to answer the call.I'v tried to call everyday from 7:30 - 4:30 I try about 10 times a day.I'v called, E-mailed and even contacted the other divisions and had them e-mail and still have not been able to talk to anyone.I'm s****ing to wonder if anyone works there anymore.

This thread s****ed in Jan it is now almost August and still the same problems can not get through busy signal

I have gotten through a few times but then it sayd the call volume is high and try a***n later and ****s up. I thought i was good once i got through but guess not. So frustrating!!!

I recieved a call this morning but was not able to answer it because it was to my cell phone and the phone was charging. When I called back all I get is a busy signal. I am on the do not call list so I don't understand why I am being solicited less alone on my cell phone.

I have been doing the same and cannot get through either.  is there another option?

Can not get through, it's like they have just stopped answering their phone.  I have been calling for three days s****ing at 7:30 am.  Is so****ing wrong with this number?  Has anyone else had luck getting through?
