HEY PAL, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO NEEDS A LEMO***E STAND, YOU ARE NOT WITH A JOB. YOU MUST HAVE BEEN FIRED.YOU LIKED THE COMPANY SO MUCH THEY FIRED YOU?WHAT A FOOL!ALL OF US KNOW THAT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ARTIST.WE'VE LIVED WITH THEM FOR FAR TOO LONG. THEY HAVE SCAMMED US OUT OF MONTHLY FEES FORA WEBSITE THAT SERVES AS NOTHING TO PEOPLE. THE WEBSITE CARRIES INFORMATION FOR ROTALL MARKETINGTHE WEBSITE IS HOSTED BY ROTALL AND FEES BY THE CONSUMERS.THEN THE CONSUMERS NEED TO DO THEIR OWN SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING.THAT IS A SCAM. IF ROTALL WANTS TO ADVERTISE THEIR PRODUCTS THEY NEED TO DO IT. ITS PLAIN AND SIMPLE. THEIR OWN PRODUCTS NEED TO BE PAID BY THEM. THE CONSUMER IS BEING RIPPED OFF BY HAVING A HOME BIZ - THE CONSUMER PAYS FOR THE PRODUCT AND A MONTHLY FEE FOR THE SAME WEBSITE WHICH ROTAL ADVERTISES ON. THIS IS CALLED A SCAM. "LETS GET LOTS OF PEOPLE TO PAY FOR OUR OWN WEBSITE"THEN "LETS GET LOTS OF PEOPLE TO PAY FOR OUR ADVERTISING TOO!"THEN "WOW WE SURE SCAMMED THOSE PEOPLE INTO PAYING FOR OUR BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES - HUH!" THIS IS ALL CALLED A RIP OFF. i AM SURE YOU ARE NOT COMPLAINING IN THE RIP OFF REPORTS FOR NOTHING. IF YOU ARE COMPLAINING FOR NOTHING THEN WHY ARE YOU HERE?YOU NEED TO COMPLAIN TO A REAL QUALIFIED ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL WHO HAS INVESTIGATORS WHO HAVE BEEN COMPILING INFORMATION ABOUTTHIS COMPANY FOR A LONG TIME. THEY WANT THEM INTO COURT. SO PLEASE LAUNCH A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE CALL TO THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL. ANYONE ELSE DOESN'T GIVE A ****. IT NEEDS TO BE COMPLAINED TO ARIZONA. COMPLAIN THERE AND I GURANTEE MY PROFESSIONAL CAREER THAT THEY WILL GO AWAY. I AM PRESIDENT OF A NATIONAL MARKETING****OCIATION WHO CARES ABOUT RIP OFFS.
The caller is: Todd Nuttall, PresidentRotall Marketing4530 E. Shea Blvd #160P***nix, Az. 85016He sends an email to YOU which leaves a cookie on YOUR computer. Then, by ONLY the dives***ure of that cookie his company now has a reason to call you. Todd Nuttall ONLY calls people who are on the "national do not call list"His calls have been to people who do NOT want his call. This is a scam. This is the oldest scam in the "telemarketing s**** up businesses" book. He is copying other companies who are now defunct because they had complaints. He will get 2500 complaints like Owen wants. Apparently, that is what it takes to get rid of Todd. Todd needs to get a REAL job. Todd needs to stop calling scams all over the country. We need Todd Nuttall to get off the phone permanently. All of us MUST complain to the Arizona Attorney General for all of the phone calls. His receptionist didn't offer to take my phone number off their list - instead she ***g up on me repeated. She needs a new job. Todd also needs to find a better job. Todd is a telemarketer with a need - to scam and to telemarket and to anoy everyone in his dialing. As another telemarketing (a white-hat marketing) I think the Black-hat marketing like Todd need to be out of business. I need for you to complain about Todd right now. Will you do that for me, please?
ALL OF US NEED TO COMPLAIN TO THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR CALLING PHONE NUMBERS THAT ARE ON THE NATIONAL "DO NOT CALL LIST" -- THEY ARE ONLY CALLING THOSE NUMBERS. EVERYONE HERE NEEDS TO CALL THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ROTALL MARKETING AT 4530 E. Shea Blvd #160, P***nix, Az. 85016, AT 480-233-5213 WHEN ACTUALLY THEY ARE CALLING FROM 1-877-285-8094 - AND CALLING PEOPLE WHO ARE ON A "NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST" - - IF - - IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST PLEASE GET LISTED ON THAT LIST - THEN COMPLAIN TO THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL ABOUT THEM CALLING US WHO ARE ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST. 2ND COMPLAIN: THEY ARE CALLING ABOUT HOSTING A WEBSITE WHICH WE WILL PAY $29.95 PER MONTH AND THAT WE NEED TO FIND THE ADVERTISING FOR - AND ITS ACTUALLY THEIR JOB TO ADVERTISE NOT US. THEY ARE SCAMMING US INTO ADVERTISING THEIR BUSINESS WHILE PAYING FOR A WEBSITE OURSELVES. THATS PURE SCAM AND WE SHOULD KICK THEIR A** FOR THAT. I PLAN TO GET 2500 OF YOU TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM ON THE WWW AND THEN ALSO COMPLAIN TO EVERY ATTORNEY GENERAL IN EACH STATE AS THIS COMPANY P***** THEIR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER IN EACH STATE AND AS THEY GO WE MUST KEEP OUR COMPLAINTS ACTIVE FOR EACH STATE FOR EACH YEAR -- S****ING WITH THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL - ON THIS DAY - 6-3-2010. I AM THE PRESIDENT OF A MARKETING****OCIATION AND I AM PARTICULARLY A***NST SCAM MARKETING SUCH AS THE KIND WHICH ROTALL MARKETING GIVES IN DIFFERENT NAMES - SUCH AS HEALTH CARE PROGRAM - SELLING HOME BUSINESSES TO THOSE WHO WILL BE SCAMMED INTO PAYING MONTHLY FOR A WEBSITE THAT MEANS NOTHING TO THEM - THEN THE CONSUMER NEEDS TO PAY FOR THE ADVERTISING FOR THAT WEBSITE ON TOP OF WHAT THEY ARE PAYING MONTHLY FOR THE WEBSITE. I AM FULLY A***NST THAT AND I WILL KEEP PROPOSITIONING EVERYONE TO COMPLAIN UNTIL THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS PERMANENTLY. IF THEY WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ME THEY CAN BUT THEY HAD BETTER HAVE A BETTER BUSINESS THAN I HAVE. I HAVE 1,688,870 MEMBERS AND STILL GROWING IN THE BETTER STATE OF NEW YORK STATE, WE HAVE DEDICATION TOWARD OUR COMPILATION OF COMPLAINTS ON BUSINESS AND THEIR SCAMS. WE WILL COMPAIN UNTIL 2018 THEN WE WILL BE FINISHED COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY, OR UNTIL THEY ARE OUT OF BUISNESS PERMANENTLY. THEY HAD BETTER GET USED MY DEDICATION.
This isn't exactly a scam... its not a "get rich quick" scheme. How many other home based businesses have an A rating with the BBB? When I worked there we got letters from people thanking us for c****ing their lives. This is not a job that they are offering, its a business. Go s**** a lemo***e stand and tell me you don't have to pay money to get it off the ground. Business doesn't work like that*****LOOOOOO. The reason I quit that job is because of idiot people like you guys. Do you not understand that we didnt just randomly pull your name AND address out of a phone book? YOU, even if you might not remember it, went on the internet and filled so****ing out. Companies see that as money and sell your info. Dont be ****** and blindly fill out things on the internet. So thats why the "do not call" list doesnt apply to CMS. It doesnt mean anything to those people since they had to pay for your info. Want to make the calls stop? Just quit being scared and answer the phone and actually tell those people that you are in no way shape or form interested and your lead gets thrown away. wow imagine that. Actually being not anti social for once and talking to someone you don't know on the phone.
Good luck. These ****s have been calling me like crazy! I finally spoke to my 4th or 6th representative (at this point I dont know how many people have called me)! I told them that I was not interested in working from home and explained that I wanted them to stop calling me. I told the rep that I had received at least 6 calls within the last 3 days from them. He told me that I was taking my anger out on him because I was "broke". He also asked me if I had ever spoken to a 26 year-old millionaire before? Then he said, "because thats who you are talking to." I told him that a "millionaire" would probably not conduct their business from a loud and busy call center. Because he is a "millionaire" I explained to him that perhaps he should have an****istant to do this ***** work for him. YOUR NOT FOOLING ANYONE !!!!!!

I just signup today for Ive got coverage home business. It sounds to good to be true, but I am checking it out now. I figured that I could cancel my credit card charge in a day or two if I found out so****ing was wrong with this business opportunity. What stops me from cancelling my charge for the s****up fee? Do you know of anyone who has made money from this?
You mentioned that you can help get money back from this company. How would that work? I'm trying to get a refund for an advertising campaign done through First Choice Marketing and Medical Solutions which looks like it's affiliated with his web hosting phone number. I've contacted the company through an e-mail and am awaiting a response.
I can help you get your money back from these scammers and join [email protected]***02-621-2538
after 34 phone calls daily to my home frm telemarketers i got tired.... so i looked for the "disconected tone" on the internet, grabbed my answering ma****e and by playing it on the computer i recorded it in the answering ma****e, i also programed it to pick up after one ring or so, and i let my work and family know that they will hear the message and if i was home i will pick uo for them, so after a couple of months the telemarkters stopped, but dont befooled, if you take out the tone they will one of these days call a***n and the nightmare will begin a***n..at least this will give you some peace. i have been in the do not call registry for more than 9 months.. and made more than 300 filed complains, and this is the best i could come up with, so i hope it helps
THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I am closing in on them. First of all, they make phone calls to you even though you are on the do not call list and **** you in by offering a fantastic business opportunity. They pose as a "marketing firm for affordable healthcare services." They have a fast-talking scammer who tries to sell you on the idea of making great money. All you have to do is tell people about the website,( which they will conveniently host and maintain for you for a cost of $250.00 plus a monthly maintainence fee of $29.95 per month.) Interested people will flock to your website and in turn will be directed to Consolidated Medical Services and they do all the work by selling them a policy from $150-$300 per month even if you have pre-exising conditions! You just sit back and collect the commissions. Oh, and you can also "market" by printing flyers, banners cards etc. so you really don't need a computer. If you sign up that day, they will even give you a $5000.00 bonus. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THESE LOW LIFE SCAMMERS!! They prey on the elderly, the young and the unemployed desperate to make money. These people are experts at talking in circles and are very ***ue. Depending on who they are talking to, they will use what ever tactics work. My elderly ***her has already gotten milked for over $1600.00. They had talked him out of his bank account number and his Visa number before us kids found out and immediately had everything c****ed. These people are smart and good at what they do. They have very professional looking materials and websites. However, when you give it a closer look, you discover how ***ue the information is and yes the grammatical errors that a professional company would not have in it's literature and contracts. BEWARE of " IVE GOT COVERAGE" and " SMART BUSINESS PLUS, LLC. They are all connected with each other and work together. By the way, we tried to get our money back and they had one excuse after another. They said they would have the manager call us back. Guess what? We never received a phone call. We've tried to contact them around a dozen times however they do not answer the phone. I wonder why? They must have caller ID. I am doing everything I can to expose these con artists including filing compalints with the Do Not Call list, the state attorney general's office in two states and the Better Business Bureau. Does anybody out there have the guts to join me? By the way, to the "TexasAgent", you may be one of them too!

I don't think it's a scam. CMS provides "mini-med" insurance and discount plans, to save you money on medicines, dental, vision, etc. If you can qualify and afford major medical, that's better. But, if you have an occupation insurance companies consider hazardous (includes truck driver, bartender), have a negative medical history or just can't afford insurance, CMS guarantees they can at least provide you with some coverage and it will usually save you so****ing around 50% over uninsured medical and prescription prices. CMS markets through affiliates on the internet. When you leave your info on a site, you become a lead. CMS reps may have to pay for this lead--I don't know. $12-$25 is common. They call you, and the best will try to match your needs with their available programs. The worst will try to make as much money as they can.If you get a lot of calls from different people within a short period of time, your lead has probably been sold to a number of different agents, which shouldn't happen but does. The repeat calls are just the nature of the business. The rep doesn't want to lose the cost of the lead. Many people decide they don't want to deal with the call, then c****e their minds after being called a couple times, or when so****ing happens in their lives that convinces them they need the insurance. Many sales are made after repeated calls, so sales people will keep calling. (Do Not Call list doesn't apply to information you've asked for).If you have the time, be nice and ask a lot of questions, including I don't know you from Adam, why should I trust you? If you don't have the time, tell them it's a bad time, and could they call back in --- days, weeks or months? The good ones have reason to believe you asked them to call and they are really trying to help you. An agent only has to process one claim to know how much they can help a family when they needed it the most..Best of luck,Thinking about CMS
Got a call from this number, didnt answer it the first few times. They did not leave a message. Called a***n, and i answered it. I have been shopping around for health insurance, and they must have gotten my number somehow. She said she was from consolidated medical services, and she began to tell me about the insurance packages they have. Is this a scam? If so, i will not be answering anymore of their calls.thanks
Ya apme lady keeps calling me from this nmbr looking for someone named russell
They will not stop calling me. They have a wrong number.
yeah,I keep getting calls too.I guess the do not call list aint worth a ****!What a surprise.
How do I get them to stop calling me?
just got a call no message yahoo search gives this informationBenedetto, Joe - Consolidated Medical Service - - (303) 346-9162 - 9090 S Ridgeline Blvd, #155, Highlands Ranch, CO
We do not accept calls from telemarketers. Please have them stop wasting my time. I was very sick on 3/4/09 and they disturbed my rest twice. If I do not get better because of this I will sue their a** off!!!
Okay, so I fell for the 'get free stuff by completing the survey' deal on the internet. My bad. But of all the telemarketers that my number was passed on to, these guys are a breed all their own. When I asked them to remove me from their list, 'Patrick' became very irate; rudely reminding me that I requested information from Consolidated Medical Services. When I tried to tell him that I did request info (and not telephone solicitation), Patrick simply countered by raising his voice and becoming more irate. He was still yelling when I ***g up. I simply asked him to stop calling.
I got several calls from Consolidated Medical Services, LLC.
Got several calls from them. Caller ID showed this number as "Consolidated".
