caller ID says GE Capitol - talked with two reps for 4 secs.  Then they ***g up on me.  I plan on reporting this to the FTC and ask you to do the same.  E

not only do they call you when you are late...they called me 5 times in one day.

I too began receiving calls from this number today, 3 since 8am EST.The caller is Paypal Credit Services and it was not a telemarketer.

This is PayPal GE Money Bank.  If late on payment they call you.

5 or more calls I dont answer but very interupting

No one there when answered and today found 5 unanswered calls - I refuse to pick it up a***n.
