Some fast talking dude called and stated he was from Nationwide. As I am in the market for insurance I listened. He had most of my husband's and my information already. However, I supplied this fast talker with our middle names and dates of birth. Who can I call to report this?

A woman identified herself as Kat from Allstate and began to ask questions about Mr. & Mrs. **x’s age, driving and accident history, etc. I did not confirm or deny my relationship to the **xs. I told Kat that it was a bad time and I would like to call her back on the issue of insurance. She explained that she could not be reached because she was calling an outgoing line. I asked if I could contact Allstate and she gave me the Allstate number 800-255-7828.I contacted Allstate at 800-255-7828. An agent, placed our number on Do Not Call. She will have someone call within 24 hours to hear my formal complaint about the telemarketing company that has been calling us. –st 11/17/1011/19/2010 Allstate called. (Caller ID=800-995-2578 800 Service to line-3 at 9:37am)We discussed the telemarketing firm that makes calls on behalf of Allstate. I gave the dates and times of the dead air calls from 303-476-9929. I explained that the 11/17/2010 caller behaved appropriately by giving me the number for Allstate, but that 2 previous calls resulted in dead air and immediate disconnects. I told Summer I wanted to file a formal complaint a***nst the telemarketing firm for poor business practices and asked her to consider holding them accountable for this complaint. Called several and I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.

called my house numerous times asking for a specific person and i said they don't live here. They proceeded to say "This is not a personal call. Could i speak to the head of the household or a driver over 21 years old? ***? STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!

I received calls from the above number on the following dates and times:8/19 (4:11pm), 8/19 (4:29pm), 8/20 (11:24am), 8/21 (9:22am). These are very annoying because they never leave messages. I am very ill and these calls are disturbing to health. I do not know anyone in Boulder.

I have been ***g up on by this number at least 3 times when I answer the phone.. I star 69 to see who was last caller and it is always this number...

Called several times, caller ID = "CALL CENTER, CO". Usually doesn't say anything when I answer. This time, someone spoke: "Is (mispronounced my name) there?" I answered: "Who's calling, please?" (silence). "Who's calling, please?" (still silence, but no **** up). "Goodbye." (I ***g up.)

They've called several days in a row. The called ID says CALL CENTER, CO. and the number. When I try to call it back, it rings 1/2 a ring and then goes to recorded message saying the number's been disconnected. Or it will ring twice then busy sugnal 6 times then dead. I think I'm going to report the number to the FTC

They called me on my work number and asked for a Mr. or Ms. with my last name.

This number called at 8:30 pm.

SOME TOOK MY INFORMATION AND I WAS IT AND NEVER CALLED A***N & CLAIMED THEY WHERE FROM ALLSTATE

Called twice in two days. Just **** ups.

When we asked them to stop calling the caller became rude and aggressive. Stated he was from ALLSTATE.
