Xcel offering "Saver Switch". Since we already have one, so it's clear they aren't carefully reviewing their customer records. I did request that my number be placed on their "do not call list."

Received call today. Did not answer and no message left. When I call back it's an automated message saying that Xcel Energy was trying to contact me regarding the Saver Switch. It also gave me the option of adding my number to the do not call list.
