Female with broken English stating she is calling for "Construction Services" a "local" company that will be in our area to inspect roof damage from hail and wind. She said that they check the do not call list before they call. I am on both local and national lists. She ***g up on me. I called the number back and it goes to voice mail saying that I have reached a sprint voice mail box. Here on this site, it states that the number belongs to a QWEST (which is now CenturyLink) carrier, a land line in Elizabeth Colorado, not the "local" town of Castle Rock Colorado.
