303-658-9000 is SANTANDER for car payments, they are very annoying. Everyone has correct opinion regarding this company, ruthless, annoying, and hides behind multiple numbers. They keep calling me at work hounding me I will loose my job then they won't get any payments ! !
I get calls from Santander. Before I had HSBC. They call from several different numbers. What do they have to hide. If they are legit they should not be hiding behind different numbers. My note is not due until Friday and they are calling already.
this bunch has now resorted to harrassing my family members and even minors living in our home. How can they do this
This bunch calls even during the night 50 times a day. never leaves a message and uses abusive language when I answer. then 2 min after they call and I'v talked to them they call a***n and a***n and a***n. sunday a.m. at 5 a.m they called... really WHY DON'T THEY GO TO CHURCH LIKE MOST PEOPLE.
This is Santander, they are ruthless and dont care when they call or how many times they call. They hide behind so many numbers thinking that will prompt an answer after you have already made payment arrangments with them. Especially the man that calls himself Mr. Brooks and tries to imtidate someone with the tone of his voice. So****ing needs to be done about this company.
santander financial
Someone called, heard a pause after I answered and said*****ow, then a click. Then I ***g up. nothing more
If you are using your cell phone, go into the setting and select not to publish number. This will show to them an unlisted or unknown caller and they will not get your number from you. My number never shows on caller id anywhere. And I did not give them my cell phone number. I had a home phone but moved and did not reconnect. Therefore they are getting this information from somewhere else. And the Fair Credit Trade Act reporting did NOT do anything. And I am on the Do Not Call registry.
This call came to my phone, who is it?
There is a law - it is called the Fair Credit Reporting Act and they are not to call before 8 am nor after 9pm YOUR TIME...doesn't matter what time zone they are in (Texas is Central; Colorado is Mountain I believe). It is reportable to the attorney general. However, there is no limit to the # of times they call, or which # they call. So, if you called them from your cell #, under the FCRA, that is "reported" information that can use in an effort to collect a debt. I know, it isn't right, but that's the way it is.
Caller ID appears as Design Works. I have a car loan with them and it is up to date. I originally was with Road Loans and the loan was bought by Santander. They repeatedly call asking for me to update my referance list. I've only got a year left on this loan too. Go figure. I've also told them each time they call that referances were provided with the loan was granted and that I would not provide them at this point.
Their should be a law when you make payment arrangements the calls should stop.... And at 3:00 in the moring.......really
santander formerly HSBC
they are calling cell 30 times a day its Santander after i already made a payment arrangments
Seems to be SANTANDER, a processing company for car payments. They hide behind multiple numbers. And they are pretty ruthless, calling 20 times a day. Suxor.
I just got a call from this number on my cell. Didn't leave a message.
