MetLife trying to get me to buy life insurance. Knew me by name from my previous employer - knew I'd left that job and want me to buy my own life insurance now. No thanks!

I screen all calls and those without voice messages get blocked.

Asked for a guy named Jason, I said there was no one here by that name. Then proceeded to tell me that either one of us is fine and said he was a sheriff from Denver trying to get donations. Has called twice now.

No state trooper involvement. Total scam.

Asks for a name and when a wrong number is indicated, "Well then maybe you can help me". Then the spiel about troopers. I guess they are looking to augment the taxpayer pension plans.

Looking for donations to the State Troopers****ociation.

Call just before the cutoff time, I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. No message left.
