Caller never leaves a message , get a number not in service when I call back

I get a call from this number every month, like clockwork. When I answered before, they said that I'd entered a sweepstakes on one of their partner sites, and when I ask them which site, they refuse to answer, so I **** up.

When I said "Hello", no one answered. I said "Hello" a***n and a recorded voice said "Goodbye". I called the number back and it was an automated thing thanking me for calling to enter my name into a jackpot. I then ***g up before it said anything else.

Wouldn't answer me when I said*****o. I tried to call back but it wouldn't accept incoming calls.

Called and I didn't answer. The voicemail was a "dead air" noise then a beep.

I got a call from this number. It made a loud buzzing sound and was told the call was being recorded. A ladythen came on saying that i was chozen to enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win 25,000. I dont give out my number and dont have any interest in sweepsstakes. I just found it odd that she knew my name and even had my number.

Yes, they are spammers saying that you have won a jackpot. They never leave a voicemail.
