Just got called by this number, I answered but no one spoke. When I called back I got a noise like Mel.

I get this call once a week & when I call it back, I get a buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sound. It is from a land line in ***tington, WV.

Do NOT answer seemingly innocent questions like "Are you on a cell phone?"  Tell them to take you off the list and **** up.

This number has called repeatedly.Do not answer.

First time caller called me it was on a Wednesday I answered and the guy on the phone was on and on saying he was from a Health Dept and wanted me to do a Health Survey. I knew right away this was some telemaarketing **** and ***g up then Sa****ay this same number called me twice,I didn't answer it. I made a Mistake answering it the first time and now they know there is a Human at my number,I guess I'll be c****ing my number if this continues. The FTC needs to Shut this Number down and stop telemarketer all together!

got a couple of calls on my cell from this #.  tried calling back but it doesnt pick up.

Caller calls daily,doesn't leave a message. I tried to reach this number and all I get is dead air.

someone from this # keeps calling daily but no voice msgs left.  Reverse trace shows number is from west ******ia & I do not know anyone there.

I keep getting phone calls almost every day from this number with no messages.  Reverse lookup shows the # is from West ******ia.  Being put on do-no-call list is somewhat useless especially since it appears it's nuisance calls for surveys, etc.

I keep getting this unwanted call on my cell and when I try to call it back I get no tone.  NOTHING!  I want to contact this person to tell them to stop!  I never give out my cell and I would like to know how they got it?!

This number has called multiple times since i have had a mobile phone, almost twice a week. I have never answered it before, but I see from the other complaints it's about a health survey. This is extremely irritating to me, especially because the hours i receive the call is at night, and it's even more an annoyance than any other time of day.

This number has called my cell phone 3 times in the evening. I answered it only once and told the caller this was a cell number and do not call a***n. He kept trying to talk over me and I did hear so****ing about taking a survey. I repeated - do not call this number but they called a***n. This needs to stop.

The caller s****s by saying they would like you to take a health service survey. When I tell them no they keep talking when I tell them not to call a***n they begin talking over me. I have now decided to ignore all calls from this number.

Refused to answer any questions on the first call. Told him not to call me a***n, and since then have been receiving one call every day at night.

i am getting multiple calls from this number, so i call it back and it is just dead air- no sound... so****ing is odd here and i will not answer it.

I was called and the gentleman told me that the survey was to help determine how state and federal money was being spent, specifically pertaining to health care. After agreeing to answer a small handful of harmless questions, he politely told me that I was no longer eligible for the survey and to have a nice evening. Ill be surprised if i get bothered a***n.
