Why do they think that calling us every hour is going to make us suddenly have money we don't have?

Capital One call from more than 10 different phone numbers, all different area codes, including local area codes.  Call 2 to 3 times an hour from 8am to 9pm 7 days a week

I have 13 different numbers saved in my phone as Capital One now, haha...I wonder who Linda is? She is beginnng to intrigue me. Maybe I can get HER number.

This is Capital One collections. Don't understand why they insist on calling even after payment arrangements were made through them just last month. Another case of one office not knowing what the other is doing.
