Call hung up right after I answered

She said I had an outstanding medical balance. She knew the date of my medical test, which was correct, and explained to me which part of my medical visit (specialist) it was for. So I felt comfortable giving her my information to resolve the debt.

Person asked if they reached me by name. When I asked who was calling they said it's a personal matter and asked my name a***n. I said they didn't identify themselves still. They said when I'm ready to identify myself they will call back.

Credit Collections U.S.A., L.L.C. (CCUSA) is a third party debt collection agency headquartered in Morgantown, WV.

This should be illegal to call someone and not identify themselves.

A woman called she asked for my dad I asked may I ask who calling she gave me a name I said ok and what company do you work for and she ***g up.

No one speaks when you answer

They called, asked for me by name and said an address I previously lived at. I said “no ma’am” and they ***g up.

Calls and won't talk

Comfirmed my name and asked if the address provided was current. Then immediately ***gup. No agency or Business was stated

When calling SSI I had the option to wait or get a call back. I chose call back. The number SSI had was 304-292-3841, they asked if that was the number I wanted called back on or a different number that is when I entered my number.

They have called me several times and I never answered except for today 9/30/2019. A lady stated she was sorry to call but I had a bill from our local hospital of $11.96 and wanted to know if I wanted to settle the debt before it went to collections.

This number s****ed calling at 8:00am yes****ay. When I answered they would immediately ****-up, also **** up as soon as I called back. This number called a total of 5 times! Total BS!!!

Called at 8:09 AM didn't answer!!! Getting fed up with these early phone numbers. Going to disconnect landline.

I answer and nothing , called back and it says on a recording this number can only make outgoing calls- spam- junk- dont think a bill collector though as I have none

This phone number is a Telemarketer line.
