This is Allegheny Power collecting bills... like 20 times a day.  Here's the part I dont understand - I have not received one single bill from AP in the last 9 months.  All I get is termination notices.  How in the h@!! am I supposed to know what to pay if I dont get a bill?The other thing I dont understand is that 3 days ago I paid their "termination notice" in full and now today we are back to 20 calls a day from this number.These folks need to get their stuff together!  I have complained about the lack of bills to online customer service and got no response.  Cant get a human on the phone.Allegheny Power - are you listening?  If I had more time I would report you to the state utilities commission because quite frankly this is abusive.

So after having my number for a year, this so called company s****s calling.Its weak, shady, and our future.We have yet to see the harrassment that the Illuminati has in store for us...Do not get microchiped - avoid and vaccs that are "reguired" by our so called government.Yes, Obama was born in Africa. This is a call center(?) for Allegheny Power company. I answer and get a pre-recorded message for someone I have never heard of..about a past due bill. I get 3 calls a day or more..for the same person. I called the number back finally this morning after they called a***n..and just repeated "representative" over the automated voice and was eventually connected to a real person. I explained the situation..and was promised my number would be removed as a wrong number. Well..I got 2 more calls today after that call. Guess i'll call a***n tomorrow..and every day after until they stop calling!!! PS..when you call the 866 # they give you in the automated call..you just get another automated message with instructions of how you can pay your bill.

If you are wondering it is Allegheny Power is who the # belongs to.  With a cell phone you coulld be getting calls for someone who use to have your number.  I have gotten these calles for someone who I don't know.  Cell phone providers reissue older numbers sometimes not long after the old owner terminated service

3043684793 has been calling me for the past two weeks, at least 13 times a day- better yet its on my cell phone! I am sick and tired of getting these calls, there is no one on the other line also, anyone else having this problem? I mean 13 calls a day! Thats almost harrasment right?

Got call 3 times yes****ay, get another call in this morning.
