Missed call, rang once and ***g up. Called back to a WV number to get a heavy middle east accent advising me I had a special offer on my discover card which I don't even have.. Scammers, I would say YES!!

Missed call, never tried to call back.

I visited my Discover Card site today to check my rewards points. Six hours later this number calls and I missed the call. No message. I called back. I was told they represented my rewards program and I was eligible for a $100 gift card, for an activation fee of $3.00. Of course I was! Where do these people come from? Is your info really so easy to attain? I live in WV and this is a WV number. Will it ever stop or is it only the beginning?

When I called back, it was a man with a VERY heavy accent, asking loads of personal questions.Apparently I visited a partner site and became eligible for a rebate card.
