I noticed the call on my cell phone, but caller left no message. I returned the call, got a recording stating it was some sort of "rewards" program & gave me the option of listening to details or pressing "2" to be placed on their Do Not Call list. I pressed the 2. We shall see...

I received a call at 6pm from this number. Didn't leave a voicemail so I called the number back. Gentleman said I had won some type of $100 rebate card for my online shopping, but had to pay the shipping fee of $4 and wanted my credit card number. I kindly declined and he seemed very upset by that. He guaranteed it wasn't a scam, but I still declined. He preceded to then **** up on me after I refused to provide my information.

Apparently from what I gather it is a voIp number with moderate activity bandwidth.com
