"Rachel" called A***N, about reducing credit card interest rate. We never have a balance to pay interest on! This is a scam. We are on the DO NOT call list, but this # still calls.

same as the others "press '9' to lower your interest rate" woman said she worked for the credit card companies; visa, MC but not for any specific bank. When I kept asking what bank she worked for she s****ed to get testy with me so I ***g up

It has an automated message about lowering my APR but then when I hit a ****on to talk to someone I get disconnected. Also tried calling the number back and it ****s up on you

My caller ID said Cell Phone WV. Call was recorded message saying there is no current problem with your credit card, but you are eligible to lower your rates. I pressed 9 to speak to an agent and when I requested to be on their do not call list as I was on the federal Do Not Call registry they promptly ***g up. I have also received this same scam call from a Montana phone number. I have filed a complaint about this number and the Montana one with the Do Not Call registry

Unknown number, no voicemail...I didn't answer but called back with my caller ID blocked & got a weird "triple" tone"....Hope this isn't a scam.....

Calling to lower interest rates on credit cards and guess what I don't even have any credit cards. Did away with them a couple of years ago. Do not answer the phone. They are full of .....

call or email your credit card bank or company and tell them that you got a call from 304-445-6838 and that they said they represented them and wanted to lower your rates. they will go after the callers harder than we can.

Report them to donotcall.gov. This is Card Holder Services. They do not honor remove requests and they are rude.

Have received calls several times pretending that they were calling from my bank and wanted to lower my credit card interest. I called my bank and they knew nothing about these people and said the call did not come from nmy their bank.

If you got a call from this number - call the cops right away and report it. I got a call from them asking about credit card info. They knew everything about it and three days later I fraudulant cell phone was set up in my name at Verizon. These people are criminals.

Person on the phone was very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and the same guy answered the call acting like the manager.

Calls and say they want to lower intrest rate. I said I do not have a credit card and they said you do too you liar!

I ask to be taken off and they **** up on me.

I gotta admitt I find it somewhat humorous that this number called me and told me that my credit card was in good standing and it was time to (not a direct quote) take advantage of it now bla bla bla... I don't even have a credit card. Seriously these F*&%ing *****s should at least bother people who they have a chance of getting somewhere with.

Continual calls about "member services" and "your credit card". Asked for respresentative, very KINDLY asked to be place on the do not call list. She said "sure" and ***g up.

This number called me and I answered. The speak to live operator press 9. Once they finally answered the number I asked them to remove my number from the database. The girl that answered the phone then told me that "It wouldn't happen" very rudely and then ***g up once I asked who to speak to regarding having my number removed. They keep it up and I'm going to find out where this "office" is and go teach them how to have some class.

The phone number is masked as a cell phone number, but when you pick up, a computer tells you it is the final call to keep your credit card at their low rate. when I spoke to a sales person and asked to be put on the do not call list, they ***g up on me.

Called early morning 11:51 am est (I was out and didn't answer.) and does not list on my caller ID (reputable companies will show up). I know I had seen this number before and I was called by this number back in October 2010 and I ***g up on them before telling them that my number is listed on the National Do Not Call List and that they are in violation of Federal Law. It's time someone went after them.

I wish I knew how to get more information and report this to local authorities. I wanted to ask for my name to be removed and was disconnected. When I tried to return the call I got a busy signal. If it's a telemarketer or scam or both I need help getting this to STOP!!!

when i ask to be taken off the list i was told that crying about it wont help. then ***g up on me.

Caller had a recorded message telling me to press 9. Offered to lower my credit card rates. Gave me the phone number for Visa customer service and a fake extention. Claimed it was her number and extention. Told me she was looking up my client info but only gave me the first 4 digits of a certain card but not the last 4.. she was fishing for the last 4. When i pointed that out.. she ***g up on me. This is a scam

I keep getting calls asking me about my credit card information from this number.

Calls daily, usually in the evening. Was told on the recorded message to press 9 to talk to an operator about lowering credit card interest. When I told him to stop calling me and to take me off the list. He argued with me and was VERY rude. I had to **** up on him.

They keep calling once a day. THey will **** on you if you ask them to take you off their calling list. And there is no stopping them

Phone call came up as a Wireless Caller and was a taped message. It stated that I could lower my credit card interest rates if I pressed 9 and waited for a live person. First I don't need this kind of service and you would think that a reputable company wouldn't use cell phones, the complaint is mainly because I think this to be a scam.
