I joined BeenVerified and the numbers he gave me do not even mention his name. Sounds very fishy to me. He told to promise not to tell anyone about this BIG I am going to receive. Come to think of it, I have heard that from another scammer a few years ago.

He said his name is John Constantine and gave me his cell phone number and his home phone. That it wouldn't cost me anything to get the check that he would deliver to my home. However, I would need to pay 1% service fee to the Bank of America to get them to allow him to draw out that kind of money so he could write me a Cashiers check. Is this a scam?

I received a call from this number that I had won a ***nd new Mercedes Benz and 55 million dollars from the NY Lottery.
