Received a call today from that number at 11:33 am (Chicago time). It rang 4 times. No message left.

Same thing the previos 2 said

Just received a call from 304-647-4302.They did not leave a message. I called the number, it rang once, and then a recorded message said "all circuits are busy".

This number called my cell phone at 9:25AM. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Googled the number and got: "Phonebook results for 304-647-4302: S Dowdy  (304) 647-4302  Caldwell,  Caldwell, WV 24925"    Also found numerous sites with complaints about being called from this number.

I have been recieving the same type of calls each time and never have the chance to answer, I don't know how it got my number but its s****ing to tick me off. It has called me like 5 times so far.

I have two cell phones that do not refer to each other in any way in my voicemail messages and someone from this number has called both of them repeatedly that past 3-4 days. I called it back and the number was c****ed to 504-502-8544, called this number and it is disconnected.  Weird.

Same as Lodel.  Called @ 10:48EST, no message left.

Got a call from this number today on cell phone, ignored it, googled it, found the same S. Dowdy info as mentioned above, found this site.

Not sure who this person is but they called my number.  They need to stop making random calls.

Called me 6/30/09 at 10:26 am and 6/26/09 at 11:38 am on my cell phone.  I don't bother to answer and use my minutes.

Called me today and when i answered he ***g up.Already had googled it before answering showed S. Dowdy Caldwell WV

Got a called from (304) 647-4302. Didn't leave a message. But, I like to know how got my number. Since I don't give it out except to my family.

left not message and it is the 2nd time they tried to call too!

Got a call from this number today as well, another website lists this number as belonging to S Dowdy (304)647-4302 Caldwell, Caldwell, WV 24925. How he got my number which really isn't tied to anything i don't know.

Received a missed call from this number on my cell phone.  I tried to call back from a different phone and got a message that "all circuits are busy."

I got a call from this number 2 weeks ago and it went to voicemail. A message about Medical Insurance coverage was left. The number called back this week and I was able to catch it. If you listen to the message at the end you can press "1" if you want the service (they don't say the name of the company) or you can press "2" to be removed from their calling list. You've got to be quick when pressing 2 because the call disconnects immediately after that option is presented.

I to got a call from this number and I call back and the number was disconnected,but gave me a alt num which was a cell phone with us celluar and also said that essentially I couldnt get thru,this is weird stuff cuz  on ***hers day I got a text from another VA number 757 area code wishing me a happy ***hers day,and they knew my name!

Got a call from this number and no one answered. Tried to call it back to find out what they wanted and got a message that the number was disconnected and was taking call at a different number.

Received a call and it's related to some medical health insurance.

No message left.
