Don`t know why the legal system doesn`t do anything about it. Fake P***port. Saying this I guess we start hanging the scammers. We won`t get in trouble. Back in the day they hung horse & cattle thieves. Law enforcement probably get a cut from the scammers.

Who Called: Said home was in Dayton but currently in Tokyo.

Met her on Zoosk. Said was 72 year old independent jeweler currently in Tokyo. Before going any further, checked her number on the internet. Appears to be a serial scammer.
