This is a scammer who is using craigslist to state that they are renting a property for rent and live out of state requesting 80$ application fee and $1000 for security deposit to view property. They are using the name judith kopka but request you to send money to [email protected] through zelle. None of the following links back to this person. Be sure to run background checks on people that claim they are renting from out of state. I lost the 80$ but better then $1000. Be careful and never be to desperate despite the situation always do your research
