Sounds like another line of theirs. I'm calling them. I'll let you guys know what happens.

I'm getting these calls, too! I have a Wamu credit card- but am not over balance or late...and when I answer I hear a couple seconds of shuffling papers or so****ing and then they **** up. They always leave a 3 second voicemail of nothing but silence. Why on earth are they calling so often and not leaving a voicemail or talking when I answer the phone?! It's so annoying! Maybe they get paid by the call?

After blacklisting this number I receive the same calls from new numbers. It's time for group legal action. I have months worth of logs showing these fools calling multiple times a day.Below is recent activity, leading up to the blacklisting of this number. Once this number called and was greeted with a recording of an official message stating "this number has been disconnected", a new number took over 8002075933. i got a call from this number looking for my husband, when i asked who is calling she just ***g up. so i called it back and no one is answering, please help on stopping this person from calling us a***n.

I am also getting numerous calls as everyone has mentioned and yes I am a WaMu customer. They wake me up early in the morning and late at night. Sometimes up to 4 calls a day.  I went ahead and contacted them and requested the calls stop.  We will see....(they did not deny that it this # was theirs)

I get those calls, they never leave me a message and am a WaMu customer also -- that's weird -- why would they do that?

They have now called 15 times in the last 5 days.

They called me three times today. The third time I picked it up and no one said anything.  I called the number back and I got a busy signal.  A few seconds after I ***g up someone from that number called me back.

We're both WAMU clients, btw.

They called my boyfriend today.  I asked who was calling (nicely) and they ***g up on me.I'd gather it's possibly a collection service, but no idea why they'd **** up on someone if they're after money.  Usually, collection services leave a message with just about anyone they can to get their money. ??

I've done a bit of sear****g, and it turns out a number of people reporting this problem are Washington Mutual customers.  I called WaMu and requested that I be put on the no call list.  If they do not stop the attorney general is nex**** seems to go in cycles, some weeks they will call every day, up to 4 times a day, and as late as 9:30 PM!  Who does that?

I only have a home phone for emergencies.  My cell phone is my primary number.  I see this number on my caller ID several times a day and I am on the do not call list.

Same # hit us twice today while at work...  no message either time, although there was a brief bit of silence before the ****up on the voicemail.googled the # and this page was at the top of the list.   Bastages!

They keep calling, but ****ing up when I answer.  Aggravating!!!
