Male caller called stating from my bank. Stated someone tried using my card at a store in a different state and wanted to verify if it was me. After telling him it wasn't he proceeded to help me lock my account and order a new card. The things he was saying and trying to have Me verify just started to make me uncomfortable so I had him verify my full social security number (which he did) so I was again confused. But when he asked to verify direct deposit dates I knew something was wrong. After calling him out on it he hung up!. I am reporting to local authorities amd credit bureaus.
