Got a call from this number about 40 minutes after I "opted out" from calls from a 503 number (even though I've been on the DNC list for months). I suspect they're the same company. Of course when you call this one back it says it's not a working number. awesome.

As this "company" places itself ABOVE the law, then it is time to take ACTION that will drive home the point that you WILL NOT do as it DEMANDS. We need to organize and do several things to make sure this "company", and others who chose to IGNORE the law, puts an end to these HARASSING calls. One, call the company (304-***-4740) once a day, EVERY day until it puts a COMPLETE end to these calls to numbers on the National DNC Registry. Take your time on the call, do NOT **** up immediately when the call is terminated but keep SLOWLY repeating, "I'm going to 'SUE' for HARASSMENT". Do NOT use foul language, DO NOT be abusive, simply keep repeating those words, ignore any comments, ignore any "DEMANDS" that YOU must take any action to remove your telephone number, simply repeat those words. NOTE: As you have NOT "pressed" any number to authorize this "company" to call you a***n, any future calls will also be harassment and you can file ANOTHER harassment charge. Two, get enough people who have been harassed (any call to any number on the National DNC Registry) together, hire an attorney, or law firm, and file a Class Action Law Suit a***nst the company and EVERY member of the company. By doing so, it will begin to have a MAJOR impact as it will become increasingly difficult to hire "operators" or "sales staff" who will have a fear of being sued.
