Repeat calls late at night and into early morning hours. (11 pm through 2+ am).

For the last few days and nights have been called from this number numerous times. When I called back, no response.

Calling multiple times per day/night. When answered, no one on line.

I just called Verizon and they said the problem has been fixed.  It was a rogue computer that targeted Arlington numbers.

Over 40 calls from this number. no message or ability to call # back.

We and MANY neighbors have recieved calls in the middle of the night with no one on the line. Most calls come between Midnight and 5am and some people have recieved 3 a day for several days. We need help to stop this.

Received 7 calls so far today from 307-459-1039, and Comcast's *60 blocking isn't working.  Calls have come in at 4:04 a.m., 5:48 a.m., 11:16 a.m., 1:24 p.m., 2:02 p.m., 4:28 p.m., and 11:25 p.m.

Got calls from this number at 4 AM,5 AM, and 6 AM this morning and at 8:30, 10:30 and 11:30 tonight.  When I answer  there is no sound until the usual Verizon recording comes on saying, "If you want to make a call, please **** up and try a***n."Now that I've looked up the number online I see that many in Arlington, VA are receiving these calls.Who do I complain to about this?

I too am in Arlington VA and have received 4 calls since yes****ay, one just about 10 minutes ago, one at 0300.  Is Level3 sure this is a person and not some automated calling ma****e?

Calls from this number have been occurring the last 2 days. When I answer there is no one there. The phone rings mid-day and 11-1 am in the morning.

I answered the call about the 4th time. The person told me that it was my lucky day and I won so****ing. I asked how they got my number and that I was on the do not call list. Then the person apologized and ***g up. I continue to get the calls and got one 6am this morning.

Like the other posters, this caller has called repeatedly over the last 5 days and waking us up all hours of the wee morning 4am on. We're on the do not call list as well and I've filed a complaint with them. Now we're having to block through our local phone co. I think it's a scam to get you to pay an online service to block the call and they are that service.

This number, 307-459-1039, s****ed calling me on 4/19. They have called 4/19, 4/23, and today, 4/24. They call day and night and do not leave a message. When I answer, there is no one on the other end. This is a huge nuisance, especially since I am on the do not call list.

I called Verizon, they couldn't help me, we don't have *60 here, I could pay a monthly fee to subscribe to call blocking/intercept, called Level3 to register a complaint but I've been holding now for about 25 mins.How do I lodge a complaint with the FCC?

This number is repeatedly calling me. So far today, April 24 2010, I have received calls at 0527, 0631,  0737, 0745,1120 and 1209.  On those times that I have answered there is never any response from the calling number.  This level of calling is harassment and I have lodged a complaint with the FCC. As it is one of your numbers I expect you to take action to terminate this harassment.

I've been receiving calls from this number all night and morning. Got the calls at 3.25am and 6.15am Sa****ay morning as well as Friday night and Wednesday. I called verizon too, and got someone who unlike your verizon rep said he hadn't got any other complaints (!) The abusive call office isn't open until Monday morning.  I've submitted a complaint to FCC. I will take your link to Arlington police. Is this just attacking Arlington neighbors or do other people in other counties have the same problem? The first 3 numbers of my phone number seem common in Falls Church.

Multiple calls, one at 3 a.m. Yeah, I need my toddler awake at 3 in the morning. Calling back to the number gets a recording that says my call cannot be completed as dialed. I was awaken at 3:37 am and 4:28 am and 6:06 am from a phone call originating at 307-459-1039.  If you live in Arlington, ******ia, file a police report at  http://www.arlingtonva.us/departments/police/incident/new/s****-report.html .  If enough people file complaints, then on Monday morning when the police look at reports, they might do so****ing about it.   Personnel staffing the police phone line on Sa****ay night told me this was our best option right now.So please file a report!I also called Verizon and a male operator told me he had gotten ***dreds of complaints tonight but only the business office can advise.  (The business office opens at 9 am at 800-837-4966.)  He did transfer me to the repair department to see if they might know so****ing do anything.  They informed me that since it was a long distance call, they cannot block it.  They said to call their business office and talk to someone.  I was also told to report this to my local police.  I hope that we can all work quickly to get the Arlington police to take this seriously and get the number blocked, as it seems that they are the only ones with authority to do so.

I went to the website level3.com and called the customer service line. They told me that it is definitely one of their client's phone numbers and put me through to the fraud dept. I spoke to a lady named Mary who said that she has received numerous complaints about them (she knew the phone# before I even gave it to her) and they are working with law enforcement and the "client" to get the calls to stop. She couldn't tell me who they were but****ured me that it will be resolved soon. I hope this info helps the rest of you exhausted people too.
