Very annoying.  Computer generated message regarding an expired car warranty.  Where is the FCC when you really need them?

I believe they got the cell phone number from AAA when I called for a tow.  Anyone else call AAA at 800-222-4357 or Enterprise rent a car?  Wanted to renew a vehicle maintenace contract I never had.  This was also a Gov't phone.  They also call from:804-303-5416443-502-2344702-520-1284

Said my vehicle warranty had run out and was able to extend it.  This is a government phone they had called and I waited for a lady and informned her it was a government phone.  She said, "What does that mean to me?" and then ***g up.  Very shady.
