When I asked what the call was regarding, he said he could lower her medicare premium now that she's receiving full benefits. 3rd red flag. Then when I said she doesn't have full medicare he said he'd note his file and hung up.

Trying to help me get my refund back, had to do verification so that he knew I was not a scammer. Had me send money he said was virtual to someone I knew and they sent it back but instead it was actually coming out of my bank account. Once it came back through, the scammer had it requested and accepted into a fake profile that belongs to the scammer.
