I have no credit cards but this was an automated call offering to lower my credit card rate. I was to call back as soon as possible.

Caller ID: "US Cellular"  -  This was a recording.  The female voice began saying that she was a Cardholder services.   Recognizing this was a scam, I ***g up.  I was unable to identify the carrier.  One source reported this was a cell phone in Ne***ska.  Another source identified it as a land line.  Who knows?

Caller id read Cell Phone NEPicked up because thought it was a friend.  "Hello, this is Rachel at Cardholder services."  I ***g up.  Never have a seen a card call with "cell phone" on the id.  I think it is a scam.
