these people *****d our water. they called wanted to sell some water purification stuff and offered free coupons. i stated we were not interested and now they send this card in the mail.

This is a 'nice' sounding lady asking if you want a free water testing. We said not interested. Not sure if it's legit. If so, it seems like she is selling some water purification system. Hope this helps!

Received a card in the mail asking me to call this number and ask for Ms. Royse from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.  Post card had Peoria, IL cancellation stamp.
