That is great.I am for the first time behind.Went from two incomes to one. Had a car accident. Almost lost my child in it, she will never be the same. Getting these "We've got a deal for you!!" calls daily now. Guess I'll have to call them back just to shut them up. Want to give me a deal? Cut my rate from 29.99% to so****ing reasonable. THAT would be a deal. We keep this card completely paid off and very rarely use it. When we do, we immediately pay it off the next week. Can't describe the hate I have for this company.

That number is the main switchboard. And, their calling system is programmed with any and all Capital One numbers, they won't call their own facility. They may be****h0les but they are not ******.Yes I use to work there.

They call and continue to **** up without saying anything.

I believe it's a call center.  ( 804-967-1000 )Next I went to Capitol One's site, logged into my account and c****ed my cell phone contact number to 804-967-1000.  Since the system they're using is automated, I added the same number to home, work and alternate. Now the automated system calls the call center using all 4 numbers.  Given that when I was called they would sometimes call several times a day.  I figure that call center is getting 8 calls + or - when the system fires up.And that ladies and gents is how you Rick Roll Capital One and waste they're time and money.  :-)

Capital One is calling from this and tons of numbers! Driving me nuts! They also raised my int to 29.9! I am getting a bank loan and paying these guys off they ****!

Capital One Automated calls saying they have oportunities for you around 20 to 40 times a day

multiple calls from this number asking for someone who does not live here, have told them and they continue to call.

that's not true.  i pay my bill at the beginning of every month, my bills not due until the 15th of the month, and they still call me.

this is how it s****ed for me.  some real human being (a male) called me from a ******ia number. (757) 483-4840.  that's the ******a number.   he calls and asks me if Delores is there.  I go no there's no Delores here.  he goes sorry n ****s up.  after that I get phone calls from all over the country.  I live in NY.  I get calls from Illinois, California, Ontario Ca***a (909) 391-1768 , Boston, and pretty much everywhere else in the U.S. about 4-10 times a day.  it varies.  it's either a recorded message from Andy or Greg from capital one. I def. don't think capital one has anything to do with this cuz I don't bank with them or have anything to do with them. I'm writing this feb. 10 2010 this s****ed round Jan 10 2010   before that it s****ed round march 2009 untill middle of decemeber 2009 n it would be a message from Linda from bank of America.  they called so much thru out the day and I would joke with my GF and say oh it's my other gf Linda.  it stopped round the hoilidays n I was so happy n releived this was over then that guy called asking or Delores.   funny thing is I remember I used to get so many calls from this same guy asking for Delores.     just don't pick up any numbers u don't know (if you can, some people have business they need to run and it invovles doing this, or people looking for jobs also need to do this) if they leave a voicemail just delete it and def. don't think bout calling back.   best thing to do what I'm going to s**** doing is saving all the numbers they call me fromthen call ur phone company and have them block these numbers.  it's prob gonna continue with others but as long as u stopped some.    and if some guy in ******a calls u asking for deleros tell him F*** OFF.

I am constantly getting phone calls from Capital One... different numbers every time and this time it was this number I never pick up... and it's getting old... my husband thinks these numbers are getting info from Capital One somehow because how else would they have my number and know that I was a Capital One customer??? Scary thought....

Don't know the number. Don't know anyone from Illinois. I'm on the no call list, so don't know why I'm getting these calls.

Apparently, Capitol One does NOT like the fact that instead of making just one payment a month - I make a minimum of 2 (1/2 payments) a month!I do this in order to reduce the cost of the ASTRONOMICAL INTEREST they are NOW charging me! Due to the OBAMA BAIL-OUT DEBACLE this year - even as a customer with EXCELLENT CREDIT HISTORY for over 15 years - Capitol One FOR NO REASON - raised my interest rates from 12.9% to 29.9%!MAKE PAYMENTS ONLINE AT LEAST EVERY OTHER WEEK TO REDUCE YOUR INTEREST PAID! (INTEREST IS COMPOUNDED DAILY!)

Got 5 calls from the above number with no message left. calls came at 10:00 AM, 1:45PM 5:38 PM and 6:25PM. absolutely ridiculous.
