This Phone number is for Verizon Sales. When dialed the recorded message states, "keeping customers informed of new products", In other words, they are trying to sell so****ing to you. The reason for the ****-up calls on this number is likely that the telesales group is using a ACD (Auto Call Dialer) that dials several numbers at once. The first call to be picked up gets the sales pitch. The others hear empty air (you may consider this good fortune, or you may consider it annoying)
Getting lots of calls from this number. I always screen, and never get a message.
