Yet another warning about the warranty on my car expiring. I am sick of these calls! You can't dial back to ask to be removed from their call list - the number just rings busy.

Same call, different number about being a 2nd warning that my car warranty is about up. They keep calling my cell phone. When I press 2 to have my number removed phone just disconnects and then I get another one of their calls from a different phone number.

This is hilarious. Get calls from this outfit CONSTANTLY!! They connect you to your typical uneducated, do-anything-for-money telemarketer that cannot even answer your questions. Talks over you while you attempt to speak. Total scam/telemarketer.

Have rec'd two calls on our cell phone from these people. I have since entered all of our phones on the Do Not Call Registry. How do you report their calls after you are registered? they are 309-833-5323 and they are offering a warranty on our car. Robo=call. Thanks

I think the call is very misleading.. to a point that a person with a mental disability may actually act upon the call, not knowing. I think they should c****e their automated message. I do not like them calling my cell anyway!

Calling about a warranty (which I do NOT have) several times a week. Option to be placed on the "Do Not Call List" has been attempted several times and failed. When an operator is reached and any sort of complaint is voiced, the call is disconnected.

Hi, Getting call from this number everyday about factory warranty and i don't have any car on which my factory warranty is going to expired...All is s**t .No one is able to stop them,i am also one victim looking for solution on such calls.

Called my teen-aged daughter's cell phone with "second notice" about car warranty.  No car is****ociated with her phone number.

I got a call from this number this morning and another call from the same company about 7 hours later.  They also called me yes****ay.  Twice I have asked a person to take me off the call list and once I pressed 2 to be taken off the call list.  I doubt they will stop calling any time soon.I am not able to report the call to the Nation Do Not Call Registry because my number has not yet been registered with them for 31 days.  If they call a***n after 31 days I will have recourse and I will use it.  If you're not on the list, get on it as it appears that is the only way you will be able to take future action a***st these scams.

These people are honestly so annoying. I keep getting calls to my business about this, and I did file a complaint on donotcall.gov.

I have also been getting calls from the 815-418-2034 number and now today they s****ed calling from the 309.  I never answer when they call so I can't verify if they are trying to sell me a car warranty.  Will file another complaint on fcc.gov.

I received the same type of call saying my vehicle warranty was about to expire.  I have never had a vehicle warranty.

Since this number is showing as a Verizon number and being a Verizon customer I called to complain. Verizon has a lawsuit a***nst three of these companies and the person I spoke with at Verizon was very aware of this issue. So, they are doing this on behalf of Verizon customers. If you are not a Verizon customer I would suggest contacting your provider to complain. Also, if you ARE a Verizon customer they will block the s****ed number, 309-833-5323, from calling your Verizon phone - but you have to call and ask. IF you're getting these calls from other numbers just let them know and they will block all of them.  For those of you that don't know, they (the bad guys) can make a call look like it's coming from a different number rather than the real number - that's why we're seeing the 309-number.http://news.vzw.com/news/2009/04/pr2009-04-28a.html

They called me just now too, and 815-418-2034 called me yes****ay and when I called back it said push one if you want off the call list. Then this 309 number when you call it back says it has been disconnected. It ****es me off and I wish they would stop these idiots. Received a phone call on my work cell phone from an automated phone number saying "This is the second time we've called about your factory warranty expiring..." I then ***g up. First of all, one car expired about 4 years ago. The other car will expire in about two years. This is obviously a scam call, they have no idea about my cars.

I pressed 1 and actually spoke with someone. I told them to remove my #. I have done this everyday this week!! Today, when I spoke to someone, I told him that I wanted confirmation that my number was removed... he ***g up on me! I just registered my number with donotcall.gov. You ought to try it out too.

annoying calls while I'm at work

The ****** auto warranty offer that now calls my tracphone only used for emergencies. I never gave this number out but to family...how did the telemarketers get it?

They said their business name is "Warranty Solutions" offering extended warranties for automobiles. The number they "supposedly" dialed is not our office number, in fact, that number is supposedly registered to an individual on Molokai (our office is on Oahu).
