Keeps calling doesn't leave a message, no one on the line when I answer and when I try to call back I get a "this number cannot be completed as dialed"

Who is this? They've been calling about 3 times a week since November 18. Never leave a message.

Very annoying. This number calls me several times a week, never leaves a message. Call the number back and get an automated system as reported below. This number needs to be turned off by Pacific Bell. I will be writing a complaint to them as well.

Call every weekday for the last couple of weeks, never leave a message and when call back get an automated message that the call cannot be completed as dialed.

Calls me 3-4 times a Month. No one on the line when I answer and leaves no message.

Been receiving these calls at least 4 times a week for the last few weeks. When I answer there's nothing on the line. Tried calling a few times, and got nothing. Only just now did I find this site which explains what this annoyance is all about. How do you stop them?
