so****ing about credentials on your computer, then "...if you are the one using Microsoft Windows on your laptop..." then you are to call them. Obviously such a phony call and should one call them back they'll be trying to get login and password for anything and everything one could imagine.

Called at 7:30 AM and woke up the whole house. Said it was Microsoft and to turn on my computer, someone trying to hack in and steal my info. Call number or press 1....I pressed 1 and foreign sounding voice answered with Microsoft...how can I help you
