We have been receiving messages from this individual and others as well ... same scam different name this time he is Patrick Stone ... the only thing I can do at this point is get our phone numbers c****ed ... it's just getting annoying at this point.

Today they called me at my work place. I told them to call me on my cell phone. They called me on my cell phone I get to hear the same story I have been hearing for last 3 month. I own someone some money and if me or my attorney don't take care of it, I may have problems. I told them to give their address and the guy gave me the address that didn't even exist. I tolk him to give his compan ID and the guy told me I need to talk to head of the department. Don't get scared there is not need to panic. When I told him he was a scam artist he ***g up the phone.

i have been dealing with these people on and off for almosta year, in which time their names and phone numbers havec****ed 4 times.  the call always comes from a man with aheavy indian accent who claims his name is dan clark, or mark smith, or so****ing generic like that.  first, i knew therewas no way a man with such an accent would be named dan clark, so right away i figure its a scam.  the man goeson to leave a message about a "time sensitive matter" thatneeds to be addressed immediately. he even says if you do not call back then "good luck to you." as if so****ing"bad" will happen.  the first time i recieved a call i did callback to discover that it was a total joke.  they claimed i hadtaken out a payday loan of $300, and did not pay. This is not true...and I told them I could prove it.  They s****ed saying i would be arrested and such, which is illegal for a debt collector to do, even if they were telling the truth.i asked to speak to a manager, to which i was told i was already speaking.  i asked where they were located, and was told florida.  i told them they would not have any authority over someone in maine, which is where i live.they said they did.  i asked them to validate the debt, whichwe all have the right to do with any debt collector.  he thengot mad and told me i would "find out."  after that, i didnt recieve calls for awhile.  after a few months i got another call, from a different number and a different name...but still the same accent and an identical message.  i calledand told the answering ma****e i knew it was bullsh*t and iwas giving them any money.  i didnt hear anything for awhile.then, today i recieve another call from a NEW number and namewith the same message a***n!it is A SCAM!BEWARE.

I got a phone call from this company saying they were from a law firm and that I had money deposited into my account from a "payday" loan company. They had my social security number and an old bank account. But, I never ever had any form of a payday loan. They said I needed to go to court and show my bank statements. When I asked what company had given me money they had no answer and when I asked what the date was the deposit was made, a***n no answer. I asked for their mailing address and the only answer I got was "California." I asked for paperwork to be sent to my mailing address and when I asked them to verify what mailing address they had, they gave me an old address from another state I lived in during 2009.

Got a message on voice mail to call this # immediately or have my lawyer call.  End of the message said that if they did not hear from me, that all they could do is wish me luck in this matter.  Tried to call the # to find out what the***** it was, got a busy signal, so I googled it and got here.

I too have recieved a couple of calls from this company stating that a Legal charge has been brought a***nst me and that I need to confirm all of my information with them  Like social security number and so on.  I told "James Taylor" who had a thick indian accent, that in no way would I relinquish my information to him to confirm anything.  Also told him that I could not understand him and he needed to speak better english.  And that I did not take out a PayDay loan of any sort.  They are also calling me at work, which I don't have time to deal with their ****...Hopefully authorities can catch these *******s and give them what they deserve.  This is super annoying that people like this can get away with **** like this.

I've heard this scam before.  Urgent message, your attorney needs to call me, don't disregard this message, you owe money from a payday loan, etc.  DO NOT give them any information.  DO NOT agree to send them money.  DO NOT give them any information about your credit cards or bank accounts.They are annoying, but cannot do anything to you without filing suit in small claims court.

Company or w***ver (#310-359-0445 according to caller who wanted me to call back) called second time at work and left same message. John Wilson-thick accent-telling me that I, myself, or my attorney must call immediately,  and  that if I don't "good luck" indicating I'm going to need it as the process unfolds....whatever that is, it didn't sound good. there have been complaints about this phone number all over the internet...I sure hope they find who is doing this as I don't have time to deal with this kind of scam at work.
