Based off of previous comments I'd say this isn't real. No other info comes up from this number under Google search so definitely going to have to say this is a scam.

Don’t know who it is but it’s says tell parents to call for a forever 21
I called out of curiosity and It kept me on hold for like 12 minutes and then they answered and asked what they could do for me today. I got a text about F21 and he said he would re direct me. On hold again for a while and then I hung up because I was annoyed. Just blocked the number and went on. Not sure how they got my number or name though...

Edit: That text I got was actually sent from another number, 323-486-8083. The number I reported is the number given to me to call in the text message they sent me.
