CID 310-395-5754, Patrick Zwaber. We are a collections law firm and do have people calling from all over the country, so I picked up the phone and received the first few words of the "credit card message," which I knew immediately was spam. But when real people come on the phone (or you hit "yes" because you want to talk to someone... who thinks you're interested and not smart enough to catch onto the scheme), we like to have a little fun.... We ask who does their collections and a handful of questions related to that, and when the operator gets f****ered, we ask for their supervisor. Sometimes they **** up, but not always. In this case, trying to return a call to the CID number didn't work --- rings busy as it is design to do --- but many times we end up laughing when they finally **** up on us, learning that we're a law office that wants THEIR business (which we really don't; we don't represent rip-off artists). A bit childish, yes, but it turns frustration and annoyance into so****ing positive.

At 7 AM PST, I missed a call from (310) 395-5754. No voicemail was left. I'm glad I found these reports- I am definitely not calling back now!

Just received a call from 310-395-5754 a recording says that your interest rate on your credit card can be lowered and to press 1 or 2 I just ***g up but t my caller ID showed this call as a Patrick Zwaber then soon after I got a call from an 800 # makes me very su****ious.

dont even waste your time!!. an operator states that my credit card is eligible for lowering my interest rate, a rep gets on the hone. i ask what company they are calling from and they state they work with citibank, bank of america and chase. i say that i dont have cards open with them and he then says capital one bank as well. he says "you have capital one bank credit card and your interest rate is higher than 0%. he then says you have an open balance of $3500.. i have no current crdit card balance as i have paid ALL my cards last month. when i tell him that he ****s up. this is a spammer call. dont even waste your time!!
