i just got this call today at work and at first it scared me, but as they spoke it sounder fishier. they couldnt tell me who i we just that they represent ***dreds of places, i kept getting transferred, and they told me i committed a cyber crime and that my two references were going to jail to, they wanted a fax of my card # license #, sign doc, also stating "i will not dispute this charge". i think its a scam and when i have looked this number up elswhere on the interent it seems it is a scam but it still scares me cause i do have some payday debts but i am paying most but not all yet off.

its feb 1st and someone needs to do so****ing about these "indian" accent people who call saying we only have a matter of time to handle a federal dispute..bull... hey jeremy we should do so****ing about it. seriously. you know of the magic jack right? its the phone jack that hooks up to your computer.. well i found out you are able to buy it here in the usa and send the other piece to whatever desired country that has internet connection. my best bet is that there is someone, in California (a home base or fake company) and they are transiting calls, randomly to usa phone number. soliciting basically. and harrassing. ive threatened to call the cops on these people and of course they arent afraid.  They arent in this country.

Got a call from a Alexander Davenport saying i had to be in court in California on Feb 5th and i owed Insta cash usa money. Said i was being charged for fraud and theft and i will be served papers on monday. When i asked for more info they got rude and ***g up.  They had a very bad indian accent. I told them that i have never heard or dealt with insta cash for anything and he called me a liar..I notified the local law enforcement and they investigated and said he was a scam artist
