Same thing happened to me! It was a lady with an accent. Is TW Cable giving out numbers of their customers? On another page someone indicated that they got the call only after signing up for TWC, and that's when I began getting the calls as well.

same as above. i did not fall for it and questioned them. The lady ***g up right away.

I received a call from this number, no identification as to who was calling, just wanted to know if I wanted internet, phone, or cable service. I told them no and before I could get a word out to ask who it was they just disconnected the call. A lot of talking and noise in the background, very difficult to hear the person on the other end.
