Received call from this number stating I had lawsuit and would be arrested tomorrow and would have to pay 9000 dollars. What in the heck?

Mike Davenport with a strong Indian accent called my client demanding payment immediately and she fell for it and tried to offer her debit card number to pay over phone but they said no. Mike Davenport insisted that she go buy a Green Dot Money Card to pay or else her husband would be sent to jail in 15 minutes. I called back and Mike refused to give fax me anything showing a legitimate debt or his right to collect it.
