This is a mobile number for Richard Watner, a telemarketer for Halsted Financial Services, a collection agency. I also received a letter from them in the mail with the following toll-free number - 877.220.4461. I called the toll-free number because I fully intended to pay the outstanding debt. However, they were unwilling to negotiate in good faith.

Receive 1-2 calls per day on my cell for 2wks now. Leave no message when I don't answer. When I do answer there is a pause for 5-10secs then an automated recording comes on saying, "This call is for (name), if this is not (name) please **** up. Have know idea who the caller is but if I take the time to answer a call from an unknown number they should have the courtesy to tell me humanly.

Received a call on my cell, Caller Id just shows it's from California, I answered and no one talked on the other end. Silence on their end for 13 seconds until they ***g up. Probably spam and ***gup after realizing I didn't sound like an elderly woman. The've called before a few times where I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message. I'm also on the Do not call lists.

They keep calling my cell number! I have done the "Do not call"earlier this year.

They have called repeatedly saying the call is for someone I have never heard of, and if this is not that person to **** up. But then they call the next day, and the next day, etc.

Bunch a ******** I tell them to ***k off and **** up

It's collections! So much noise in background can't hear.

Update: I called the number back and didn't say anything when the line was answered. It was obvious that the call was placed to a call center by all the back ground chatter. The person who answered the call didn't even know that they answered the call because they didn't say anything. I have worked in a call center before and I know that if you get a call from this number to ignore it. Unless you want to clear up so****ing on your credit report. However, if you wanted to do that, i suspect you wouldn't be getting calls from this agency.

They are an automatic caller that has a robotic voice confirming that you are the intended caller by saying your name in a computerized voice. They are calling because of the repeated attempts at contact has been ignored. They go on to suggest that their client has a claim a***nst you and only by calling an 888 number given along with the "case number" can you avoid immediate action. This is a BS collection agency. I know for a fact that any outstanding debts I owe that would even possibly warrant some kind of legal action is over 4 years old. I basically **** up anytime someone calls from a "Law firm".

They've been calling once a day for several weeks- I never answer. Sear****g shows that they are a company called Paetec, some kind of scamming operation. They call from numbers all over the US asking for money for various reasons.

***king sham fly by night debt collector. Tried to say they were going to sue me. Yeah good luck on that in California ****** bag plus said I talked to them before. Huh yeah right. Called em back told them to get a real job or commit *******.
